Luerzer’s Archive contacted me few days ago to introduce me their new book called “200 Best Packaging Design 2010/2011″.
They sent me a copy of the book over the mail and i had the chance to take a look at it for a while. The book features some of the most amazing packaging designs from all over the world at the moment.
It is a great source of inspiration for all the creative people out there! The book is divided into several categories (such as alcoholic, or non alcoholic drinks, publishing, shopping bags, cosmetics and many more…)

I am the rules – Foot Locker + Nike

The other day i was watching tv when i saw this ad by Foot Locker and Nike.
I have to say that in France we have a lot of bad advertisings these days on tv and this one for some reason catched my eye.
The agency Wieden + Kennedy London made this ad for the Nike Air Max 90 wich is only available at Foot Locker.
The ad shows atypical profiles of different sport players and celebrates the fact of being different, acting different, and not being like the rest.
The art direction is really good. Images on the ad are strong, clean and visually stunning and the music goes really well with it.
Perseid Meteor Shower Timelapse

When you like to look at the sky and live near a big city (like me), one of the things you regret the most is the light pollution. That thing that keeps you from seeing well the sky at night.
Few days ago, as every year we had the Perseids meteor shower in the sky and Evosia Photography made this amazing video at the Joshua Tree National Park, between August 12 and August 15, 2010.
It is one of the most beautiful videos i’ve seen in a while. The images are really beautiful and they were made with a Canon 5D Mk II, EF 16-35mm L. Settings: f/2.8, 6400 ISO, 20 second exposures.
