Imagine you are in a park, it’s a beautiful day, you’re trying to have lunch and suddenly something horrible happens! Your food is acting like a zombie and is trying to eat you!… well that is pretty much what happens in this crazy short film made by 5 students from Supinfocom
Paul Alexandre, Dara Cazamea, Maxime Cazaux, Romain Delaunay and Bruno Ortollandet.
This short film already won some nice animation awards in some festivals! Enjoy :)

Sintel by The Blender Foundation

Sintel, is a short animation film about a girl who goes on a quest to find her dragon.
The film was made by The Blender Foundation and it was funded by 1000′s of people all around the internet.
It was realized with Blender only at the Amsterdam Blender Institute.
For those who don’t know Blender, it is a free open source 3-D program and the main reason of why they made this film is to show other people that it is possible to do something of good quality by only using open source software.

The Monk & The Monkey

Brendan Carroll & Francesco Giroldini made this amazing animation film while studying at Ringling College of Art + Design.
The film shows the story of a little boy called Ragu, who follows his path in order to become a Monk and he has to do one more test before being accepted as one.

It’s a really cute, well directed film. The music is by Erez Koskas.

Good news! Thanks to Allocine, today i’ll be running a little contest on the blog!
I know i didn’t do a lot of contests before but if this goes well maybe i’ll do more in the future :)

As many of you know the film Toy Story 3 is comming out these days in the theaters worldwide and i already spoke about this movie on the blog a while ago.
