Jorge Miguel Photography
0Jorge Miguel is a photographer from Spain. I recently discovered his work on portraits and i really like it.
He plays with make up, light, backgrounds and your eyes…
It make me think of Kimiko Yoshida‘s work in some ways, but Jorge’s work got something else.
CJ Burton photography
0CJ Burton is an amazing photographer. He has been working since 2001 with big companies like Visa, Subway, Procter & Gamble, Time magazine, Newsweek, Vitamin Water, and many more.
He mainly mixes photomontage plus illustration to recreate these situations and it’s really well done!.
His pictures try to show in some way different situations in a very surrealistic way.
I’m adding some of his work below but don’t forget to visit his portfolio here! (there’s a lot more). Enjoy ;)
Roberto Gamito
1I’ve been visiting Roberto Gamito‘s portfolio and i think it’s beautiful.
Roberto was born in 1984 in portugal and now he is based on Albufeira.
He mixes photography with illustration, 3-D objects or other photography.
Birds on a wire
0Jarbas Agnelli was reading his newspaper, when he suddenly saw a picture of some birds in some electric wires in Rio Grande do Sul.
He was curious to know how would they ‘sound’ if he translated the picture into music. So he cut out the picture and played the song. Then googled the photographer’s name “Paulo Pinto”, showed him the song and got interviewed for that very same newspaper.
In the interview he says: “I did not believe that Paulo Pinto had understood what I saw at the time I took the photograph. For me, the birds also seemed to note,” Then Jarbas received the original, uncut version over the e-mail and said: “When I saw the edited version in the newspaper had removed eight birds, or four notes at the beginning and four at the end of music. I was surprised because it was exactly what was needed to finish the tune.”
Anyway i think the song they made is nice :)
