Domino City
0Dominoes seem to be a great source of inspiration for many creatives around.
There’s a Sony Bravia ad. It was released in New zealand, october 2008 and it was shot in India.
You can check out the old sony bravia videos here.
Soundville
0Juan Cabral (from the agency Fallon London) is the brain behind the new campaign by Sony.
For those who don’t know he’s the same guy behind the gorilla drummer ad from Cadbury or the Sony bouncing balls ad in San Francisco.
This new campaign is called “Soundville”. The idea is simple, take a small town in the middle of nowhere, where nothing ever happens, put speakers everywhere and music/sounds all the time during days and days.
Artists like Bob Dylan, Toumani Diabate, Roberto Goyeneche, Murcof, Federico Cabral, Guillemots and more…would create the soundtrack.
The rest is in the video :)

Fire (Jimmy Edgar Remix)
0Erik West directed this really nice video using tilt shift and stop motion techniques.
The artist in the song is Codebreaker featuring Kathy Diamond
As Eric says “None of the snow in this piece is simulated. I went out and show on the snowiest days of winter. The last scenes in the video were shot during a blizzard.”
It was shot using a Canon Powershot SD630 Point & Shoot. Some additional footage was shot on a Sony EX1 by Jeff Thomas.
Posted using Final Cut, Photoshop, Motion and Color.
